Litua Self-Catering is a charming haven nestled in the picturesque West Highlands of Scotland, just 400 meters from the mesmerizing sea. Our property is situated within an active croft in Arisaig, offering breathtaking sea views that overlook the enchanting Isle of Skye and the Small Isles. The beauty of this location is further enhanced by its close proximity to a selection of stunning nearby beaches, just a short walk away.

The Space

This new stunning modern property is elegantly furnished with underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove, the accommodation has a sliding door that opens up to spacious decking with 7 seater hot tub, a master bedroom with ensuite and an additional two bedrooms upstairs..

The property begins with a portch, complete with handy storage for boots and coats and an immediate feeling of warmth and comfort. After a day of exploring the seaside, venture into the open-plan kitchen/dining/living room which has been designed to maximise the spectacular sea views and beyond.

The fully equipped kitchen features everything you will need to self-cater with ease, including an electric oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave and smoothie maker. Meanwhile, the six-seater dining table is the perfect place to gather for meals or plan your next adventure.

For ample comfort, head over to the sitting area, which is complete with two inviting sofas and two armchairs, a crackling log burner and a sliding door leading to the private decking and hot tub. Relax here with a cup of coffee and your favorite book in-hand, or simply admire the unspoiled views.

In here you can expect to find an insider’s guide to the area’s must-see attractions, restaurants, local pubs and activities, as well as learn a little more about the property and owner’s story.

The house book will be available in digital format on receiving your booking confirmation, also featuring instructions on how to use the appliances along with useful contact numbers and information on what to do in an emergency, to ensure that you can enjoy a blissful stay.

Our commitment includes using eco-friendly cleaning materials, actively participating in recycling, and embracing air source heating for energy efficiency. Our well-insulated house further reduces energy consumption, while opting for locally sourced wood supports the local community and minimizes transportation emissions.
